30 mins running
15 min break
3 rounds of jab & cross with 30 second break in between
3 rounds of in fighting
3 rounds of muscle training
2 rounds of doing whatever
1 hour rest
3 days of the week
Work on cardio, weight training each day do one hour
2 days of the week for rest
