If your interested there is a GREAT Ninja book which also ties in well with the Jedi path. It's called Spiritual Practices of the Ninja, and talks about unlocking the Five Gates of the Godai. A great read and well worth the money and effort!

I have to drop my grain of salt here. I do not believe one can be a Jedi ninja, or I believe that such a thing would take way too many years of practice and training to achieve... Being a Ninja is as complex as becoming a Jedi, from what I understand. And there is the point where the nature of those two arts make it hard for one immersed in the first to truly let go to of its training to embrace the second On the other hand, a lot of ninja teachings could be applied to Jediism and would be of great benefit, I think. The only thing that bothered me was the name Jedi Ninja... I'm picky about words, sometimes.

Interesting turn of phrase. I guess from one point of view yes they are not compatible, but from another then can very well be. A huge difference is that Ninja almost believed they were divine themselves, while Jedi had a guiding Force. And yes, each takes years to learn, but they can compliment each other very well, at least in my experience. I would suggest looking at the book I recommended, you might find it interesting!

One of the guiding philosophies of Jediism is that each person finds their own path through life. Not only could someone consider themselves a Jedi Ninja (or Ninja Jedi) and be perfectly validated in doing so, anyone can be a Christian Jedi or a Buddhist Jedi or a Stockbroker Jedi... just because someone practices the Jedi ways, that doesn't negate the idea that some kind of balance can be found with something outside of the Jedi path.
